And boy, did they leave no stones unturned when it came to exploring all possible methods of conception! From missionary position to positions you probably didn't even know existed until now!

One particularly steamy scene involved making use of some household items (we'll keep it SFW here) to create a makeshift sperm dispenser machine. Trust me, when you play the game, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. It got pretty wild, and I'm not ashamed to admit that my mouse cursor trembled a bit during those moments.

Despite its... unique premise, "Until My Girlfriend Is Pregnant" managed to strike the perfect balance between comedy, drama, and adult entertainment. By the time I reached the climactic ending (pun fully intended this time), I felt genuinely invested in Max and Sarah's relationship and rooted for them to finally achieve their shared dream.
